- Initial consultation by phone: Complimentary (20 minutes).
- First in-person session: Available at a discounted rate (e.g., $100). Call to discuss.
Basic fees:
$195 Individuals 50 minute session
$275 Couples 90 minute session
Sliding scale available on a limited basis.
Do you take insurance?
I am an ‘out-of-network’ provider. Most plans will accept billing from out- of- network providers, although the percentage of payment will vary. To determine your mental health coverage through your insurance carrier, call the customer service number on the back of your card. Follow the vm instructions for ‘benefits’ or request an agent. Some helpful questions you can ask them :
What is my mental health coverage?
What is your rate for out-of-network providers on my plan?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
How many therapy sessions does my plan cover per year?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay 50% of the full cost of your late or cancelled sessions. Evening appointments require 48 hrs. notice.
